This Website and Video Privacy Statement (“Statement”) describes how we collect and processes your personal information when you use our website (“Site”).

Please read this Statement with care so you are fully aware of how and why we are using your personal information.  This Statement and your privacy settings are the primary means by which you will receive information about collection and use of your personal information.  Do not use this Site or submit User Content (defined below) unless you agree that your personal information may be stored, accessed, processed, viewed, or used in the United States.

About the Site

This Site was created by Mustache Agency LLC (“Site Operator”), a company registered and operating in the United States.  The Site Operator is operating the Site on behalf of Mass Appeal Media, Inc. along with their respective affiliates and clients (collectively, "Producer").  

In celebration of Queen’s music legacy and its fans worldwide, the Producer, in coordination with the band, is creating one or more Queen tribute videos featuring performances or other individual, artistic contributions of “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “Don’t Stop Me Now”, and “A Kind of Magic” (each a “Tribute Video”).  The purpose of the Site is to gather submissions from individuals who wish to be included in a Tribute Video (“User Content”), and provide additional information about the Tribute Video as requested (collectively, the “Services”).  

This Site and the Services are intended for a general audience and are not targeted to children.  Site Operators are not knowingly collecting personal information from children under 13 years of age.

This Statement applies to all users who access the Site, submit User Content to Site Operator, and/or upload User Content to the Site (collectively, "User").

We need to collect and use your personal information because you’ve asked us to consider your submission to be included in the Tribute Video.  When you make a submission for our consideration, you must agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions.  Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, we’ll also need to use information about you to consider your submission. 

Where we use your personal information to let you know about the release of the Tribute Video and other related news, or updates to our Site, we only do so because you have asked us to (i.e., with your consent).

 

We share information with third parties, vendors and service providers

We will share certain User Content included in the Tribute Video with the Producer.  If you provide us with your contact information, we will notify if your User Content is selected to be included in the Tribute Video.  

We also may make personal information available to the Producer and certain third-party service providers, such as Google, LLC, YouTube, LLC, Universal Music Investments, Inc., Mass Appeal Media, Inc., War Against Work, Inc., and Queen Productions Limited (collectively, the “Service Affiliates”), who help manage the Services and Site features, including the collection and viewing of User Content, or assisting with the administration of User Content.  The Producer and Service Affiliates are required to protect all personal information entrusted to them and not use it for any other purpose than for which it was collected.
